Hi, I’m Charity, and I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based practices to help you stay grounded, build self-awareness, and manage stress in healthier, more intentional ways.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud parent of four amazing kids, ages 17, 10, 10, and 2. My youngest is on the autism spectrum, which has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity, parenting stress, and the importance of flexibility and compassion. When I’m not working or parenting, I love attending comic cons and trying new foods, whether that’s a new local spot or a dish I’ve never made before.
