Additionally, my practice does not routinely prescribe benzodiazepines for the treatment of anxiety or insomnia. Instead, I focus on treatments that have strong evidence for long-term effectiveness and safety, including psychotherapy referrals, lifestyle interventions, and non-benzodiazepine medication options when appropriate. My goal is to partner with individuals who are committed to improving their mental health and actively participating in their treatment journey.
